 The code is a set of.. guidelines, more than anything else.. a set of rules that try to make life as comfortble as possible for us poor restless souls who travers the vastness of space in search of their next victim. We have a somewhat democratic set of life, all naturally in line of - the code.... providing the code is written by a captain not too selfish....

I. Every man has a vote in affairs of moment; has equal title to the fresh provisions, or strong liquors, at any time seized, and may use them at pleasure, unless a scarcity (no uncommon thing among them) makes it necessary, for the good of all, to vote a retrenchment. The Captain har the final word in choices of targets when in battle with multiple opponents. II. Every man to be called fairly in turn, by list, on board of prizes. Anyone caught stealing from the ships loot are to be marooned on a desolate mining station with 1 flagon of water, 1 athosphere suit and 1 mining gun. If the robbery was only betwixt one another,the offended crew member are free to challenge the thief in combat for face slitting. Eyes are not to be harmed as they are needed for watching ones screens and/or targets. The loser of such a fight to be marooned on beforementioned asteriod. If any asteroid is to be found nearby, any place where hardship is sure to ensue, will do. III. No person to game computer or holodeck. Holodeck is for training purposes only , " training for the pleasurehub" is not an excuse. Gaming to be held anywhere the captain can see, and any gaming to be outlawed unless the captain be invited. Gaming only to ensue whilst in safespot, so Federation or pirate ( we hate piracy, especially CONspiracy) can find us. Whilst gaming, weapons are to be locked away - we dont want another accident.....  IV. Lights out at 24.00 latest. If Any pirate wish to be found drinking or gambling, this is to be done in the commons room, where the captain and officers can partake in the gaming, also demanding a fair share tenth of a tenth, from the valuables gamed about.  V.I. All weaponry to be kept clean and fit for service at all time. In this any pirate is encouraged to go to extravaganca. a pirate´s hand weapon is his pride, and those who outdo themselves in the richness and beauty of their arms are wsure to attract all the attention in batle he so wishes. More combat means more personal booty.  II. When aboard an enemy vessel- who you kill, you recieve his/her belongings. Captain shall have no part in this. Any belonging to an opponent slain in battle by the captain - save the opponent captain - is to be divided amongst the crew. Captain shall recieve booty only from that of the ships cargo and the prize vessel herself. VI. No boy or woman to be allowed onboard. If any crew are to be found seducing any of the latter sex, and carried her to space, disguised, he are to suffer death; to suffer the strangulation of space. VII. To desert the ship or their quarters in battle, is punishable with death. Sentence to be carried out by the Captain without hesitation. VIII. No striking one another on board, but every man's quarrels to be ended on planet, at saber or one-shot sidearm. [The quarter-master of the ship, when the parties will not come to any reconciliation, accompanies them on planet with what assistance he thinks proper, and turns the disputant back to back, at so many paces distance; at the word of command, they turn and fire immediately, (or else the piece is knocked out of their hands). If both miss, they come to their close combat weapon ( non projectile), and then he is declaired the victor who draws the first blood.] IX. No man to talk of breaking up their way of living, till each have shares of one million ISK. If in order to this, any man should lose a limb, or become a cripple in their service, he was to have 800.000, out of the public stock, and for lesser hurts, proportionately. X. The captain and quartermaster to recieve two shares of a prize: the master navigator/ CO, Master engineer, and gunner, one share and a half, and other officers one and quarter. all non officer crew to have one share each. XI. The musicians to have rest on the Sabbath Day, but the other six days and nights, none without special favour. Actors, lawyers and mimes are not allowed on board and will be shot on sight...
